The GKTW Regions P-Card Assistant is a browser extension built by Give Kids The World for internal use by GKTW staff. It helps process monthly P-Card expenses in the Regions Intersect system. This policy explains what the extension does and does not do with data.

No external servers, no AI service

The extension is fully self-contained. It does not send your data to any third-party server, analytics service, or AI service operated by GKTW or anyone else. Data flows only between:

your own browser,
your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant (via the Microsoft Graph API, using your own sign-in), and
the Regions Intersect page you are already working in.

What data the extension accesses

Outlook mail (read-only) — to find receipt emails that match a transaction. Only used at your request when you click "Find in email."
OneDrive files (read/write) — to find receipts you've stored and to archive a copy of each attached receipt to your own OneDrive.
Your profile (name/email) — to sign you in.
The Intersect transaction page — to read transaction details and populate GL codes and notes that you review and save.

Where data is stored

Vendor mappings, settings, and learned history are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local).
Microsoft sign-in tokens are stored in chrome.storage.session and are cleared when you close the browser.
Receipt copies are archived only to your own OneDrive, in a folder you choose.

What the extension never does

It never saves, submits, or approves anything in Intersect — you always click Save yourself.
It never deletes your source receipt files.
It never transmits data to GKTW servers or any third party.

Permissions

The extension requests only the Microsoft Graph permissions needed for the functions above (User.Read, Mail.Read, Files.ReadWrite, offline_access) and standard browser permissions for storage and sign-in. Access is delegated — it acts only as you, within your own mailbox and OneDrive.
